A little story of how we began by Paul Venning
In 1996 I launched my very own Health & Fitness Company called, Fitness on the move where I built up a successful list of Personal Training clients. It was here that I came across my first ever indoor cycling bike. I purchased two Aerobikes, which I was able to fit in my small van and began offering my clients another way of aerobically training. (Not while it was moving of course!)

It wasn’t long before I began to see the benefits and heard the feedback from my clients of what this new programme offered. (Not to mention putting my friends through countless workouts and performance measures, to test the product fully!) The results were
enough for me to then go on and purchase 11 Jonny G Spinning bikes, and take my certification, before launching my own classes.
In 1998, I introduced the South-West of Devon to the world of Spinning, by taking my bikes by van to various schools, Army Barracks, Leisure Centres and Community Centres. Eventually due to demand I located a studio in my local town of Newton Abbot and launched the only stand-alone studio in the South West. In the year of 2002, I was very privileged to be selected for the National UK SCHWINN CYCLING TEAM, which allowed me to present at some of the UK’S most prestigious fitness events, gaining the experience of riding alongside some of the most talented coaches and fitness professionals in Europe.

Here we are now, more then 10 years later, a passionate team of 5 instructors, offering over 25 classes a week, from two studio’s, with over 50 bikes.
Join us on this fitness revolution and ride into the best shape of your life!
