"I started indoor group cycling about 3 years ago and the benefits have been tremendous. I attend just twice a week and have discovered an energy that I never knew I had! OK, I'll never run a marathon or anything, but indoor group cycling has allowed me to take part in other exercise, which I previously would have struggled with. I have a long history of 'bad knees' which I won't bore you with now, but purely as a result of indoor group cycling they have strengthened massively and I can now do circuits and keep up with my class of children when I send them on a cross country run (alright, four laps of the school field!).
I have met lots of great people who help keep me motivated. They provide lots of humorous banter, which not just encourages me to turn up on a dark, windy night to find out the end to a story, but takes my mind away from my day job and reminds me who I am as a person not just a professional. I can't recommend indoor group cycling highly enough to anyone. You couldn't want any more"
