Originally my primary motivation for joining indoo rgroup cycling was as part of a weight loss programme. I am delighted to have lost weight (3 stones) but at the same time I have also improved my fitness immensely and feel much better for it and I keep on coming because I really enjoy it now as part of my weekly routine. Paul and his team are extremely motivational and inspirational: I can't quite believe that after coming for more than 18 months I am not bored - somehow, the trainers manage to make every single class different and interesting and no two are ever the same which keeps it stimulating.
