It must be about 6 yrs ago that I started indoor group cycling. I had retired about 6 months earlier. I worried that I would put on weight so I started looking at different forms of exercise and heard about indoor group cycling. I received a friendly welcome, and everything about the bikes was explained to me, especially that to start with I was to go at my own pace.
I have to admit I found it hard - but the buzz afterwards was amazing. I must say I have never looked back, I love it. I've lost about 2 stone and I feel really well and as a bonus I've made new friends. The best bit is Paul has included me on the new brochure - yippee fame at last!!!"
