"I began indoor group cycling in the hope of losing a few pounds before the traditional Christmas 'food fest'. Imagine my surprise when I didn't shift the odd pound I was aiming for. Instead, I lost about half a stone and toned up in the process. I felt lighter, fitter and appreciated being able to exercise at my own rate, whilst being encouraged to push myself to achieve just that bit more each time until I was cycling harder and faster - with great results. After a stressful day, indoor group cycling is a great way to wind down, knowing that you are getting fitter and healthier in the process. Since beginning indoo rgroup cycling I have successfully completed the Race for Life and even had the courage to enter the Staff Race at work!"
