Some of you will know the term Marcrocycle, Mesocycle and Microcycle! Others will be thinking, what!!
Don’t worry, all you need to know is that we take a 10-12 Month period, (Macrocyle) and then divide this up into a series of 8-12 week sections (Mesocycle). Then, finally we use a (Microcyle) period of time of around 10 days for our unique motivational event. This basically means that rather than just ride every class and see how far you can push the body, (not smart) we specifically for you, structure a range of classes in advance to target various improvements, for example; Improvements in your Health & Well-Being, Improvements in your fitness, Improving your fat burning potential, Improving your muscle tone and Increasing your energy levels. (Yes, Very Smart)
